Wolf & Vinny’s Art Academy is a family centered Art and Music studio in Easley, South Carolina. It was founded by Educator, Mother, and Lover-of-All-Things-Artsy, Melissa Green.

“I’ve always had a dream of owning and running a creative space where I could share my love of the fine and performing arts with the community. I’ve been teaching music, theatre, dance, art and general early childhood education for over 15 years, but was pegged as the “stage kid” at age three by my preschool teacher- and looks like she was right!

I have my BFA in Musical Theatre from Peace College, but I’ve always loved anything to do with creating, crafting, and making art. I’ve also always had a heart for teaching and a fascination of early childhood development. I’ve personally seen in my classroom and with my own four boys how important and vital creative play is to their developing brains. I also know how important it is to have space where you feel welcome and encouraged to explore your creativity and to think outside the box.

I created Wolf & Vinny’s Art Academy and Preschool of the Arts so that our community has that inviting space. I want everyone to feel welcomed, loved, supported and inspired as soon as they walk through our doors. My hope is for my boys and our students to grow up in this community I am trying to build, so they can go on to be the innovated, open-minded, creative and (most importantly) kind humans I know they will be.”
